Welcome to Bhawani Travels ("we", "our", "us"), a travel agency based at Opposite Gate No. 1, Railway Station, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh — 273001. By booking any tour package or service with us, you ("the traveller") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the advance deposit (minimum 30% of the total package cost) and our written confirmation via WhatsApp or email. Verbal confirmations are not binding. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our sole discretion. The booking is made in the name of the lead traveller who must be 18 years or older and accepts these terms on behalf of all members of the group.
If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking, you must notify us in writing via WhatsApp or email. Cancellation charges are calculated from the date we receive written notice:

Certain components such as flight tickets (if booked), Nepal entry permits, and trekking permits are non-refundable regardless of notice period.
We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient group size, unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, political unrest, or force majeure events. In such cases, we will offer a full refund of amounts paid to us, or an alternative tour of equivalent value, at our discretion. We are not responsible for any consequential losses including air tickets, visa fees, or accommodation booked independently.
It is the traveller's sole responsibility to ensure possession of valid travel documents including:
Bhawani Travels shall bear no responsibility for denied entry or delays caused by inadequate documentation.
Published itineraries are indicative. We reserve the right to alter routes, accommodation, or activities due to weather, road conditions, permit restrictions, or other operational reasons. Suitable alternatives of equal or similar standard will be arranged. No refund is payable for changes arising from circumstances beyond our control.
Bhawani Travels acts as an organiser and coordinator between travellers and independent service providers (hotels, transport operators, guides). We are not liable for loss, injury, damage, or additional expenses arising from acts of nature, accident, illness, theft, or negligence of third-party suppliers. Travellers are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance before departure.
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations where such failure is due to causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, government-imposed restrictions, civil unrest, strikes, or acts of war.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. We encourage resolution through mutual discussion before legal proceedings.
